In seinen Gedichten und Liedern hielt er die historischen Ereignisse des 16. Jahrhunderts in Ungarn fest, insbesondere die K\u00e4mpfe gegen die T\u00fcrken, von denen ein Teil in gedruckter Form unter dem Titel Cronica in seinem 1554 erschienenen Sammelband erhalten geblieben ist.
